About the Role:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to design and develop intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with UX designers and developers to build responsive, user-centric interfaces.
Convert wireframes and prototypes into high-quality front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible across devices and platforms.
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
Create and maintain design systems and reusable components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and development projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with mobile-first design and progressive web apps (PWAs).
Familiarity with motion design and animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, Lottie).
Knowledge of backend technologies or CMS platforms is a plus.
Understanding of SEO principles in front-end development.
