Rapidhire Staffing is seeking an experienced and personable Technical Recruiter to support our growing team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates across a variety of roles and functions both internally at Rapidhire Staffing and externally for our project-based customers. Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: 100% Remote Work
Duration: Fulltime
Salary: $(Open) + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates based on job descriptions and role-based criteria.
  • Work with project leadership on potential openings and positions.
  • Initial screens with candidates to understand fit based on high-level requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with candidates and customers both internally and externally.
  • Full lifecycle of candidate from recruiting to hiring and onboard
  • Be the point of contact for recruited individuals once they are fully employed. Field questions including benefits information, time entry, etc.
  • Communicate with potential candidates about role expectations and requirements for employment with end customer.

Minimum Skills required:

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting-based position. Familiarity with Healthcare IT recruiting specifically a plus.
  • Experience using the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Experience using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach to qualified candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
